Pemanfaatan Group Line Youth! TJCTGR Sebagai Media Komunikasi dalam Menyampaikan Informasi Serta Mempererat Sesama Pemuda dan Pemudi Gereja Yesus Sejati Tangerang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the LINE social media application has been used by young people in the True Jesus Church in Tangerang along with the fantasies that arise in conversations about church activities and information. Many church activities require volunteers who are members of the young workforce to communicate with each other through social media. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with symbolic convergence theory to be able to explore conversations and fantasy themes that emerged from member communication. The results show that the theme of horror about the church becomes a conversation that familiarizes one another.
